Absolutely. There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel your subscription at any time and continue using Layter until the end of your billing period.

Yes, Layter fully supports Instagram Reels scheduling. You can also schedule regular posts and stories (coming soon).

When you upload an image or video, our AI analyzes the visual content to understand what's in it—people, products, scenes, mood, etc. It then generates a caption tailored to your brand voice and chosen style (professional, funny, casual, etc.).

Yes. We use industry-standard encryption (TLS 1.3) for all data in transit and at rest. Your social media credentials are encrypted and we never store your passwords. We're also GDPR compliant.

Yes! Depending on your plan, you can connect 1-3 social accounts (including multiple Instagram accounts). Business tier allows unlimited connected accounts.

Go to Dashboard → Connections and click the "Disconnect" button next to the account you want to remove. Your scheduled posts for that account will be paused.

Common reasons include: expired access tokens (try reconnecting your account), content that violates platform guidelines, or network issues. Check your post status in the dashboard for specific error messages.

This usually happens when you've used all your monthly AI credits. Check your usage in Dashboard → Account. Upgrade your plan or wait for your credits to reset at the start of your next billing cycle.
