AI captions and how many you have left

Layter can write the caption for a post using AI. Each caption it writes uses up one "AI caption" from your plan. Your plan includes a set number each month, and they refill every month. Captions you type yourself are always free.

There are two kinds, shown separately on your Account page:

• Generate now: you press the button and get a caption straight away, for example to preview it or to fix one you do not like.
• Automatic: Layter writes the caption for you in the 48 hours before a post goes out. If you schedule a post to go out sooner than that, the caption is written within a few minutes.

If you run out of the ones you generate yourself, you can still type captions, upgrade for more, or wait for the monthly refill.
